Payment for Full Fare travel reservations may be made up to 24 hours before the bus departure.

For reservations involving both Advance Traveler and Full Fare operations, the customer will have 24 hours to make the corresponding payment. Payment for Full Fare travel reservations may be made up to 24 hours before the bus departure.
Advance Traveler fares are personal and non-transferable. To validate the fare, the customer must present official identification before boarding the bus. If not, the Full Fare must be paid.

The customer may change segments, service classes, date, and time. For Advance Traveler fares, passenger name changes are not allowed, and the customer must pay the difference with the current fare at the ticket booth at the time of travel.
Payment for the reservation can be made at any OXXO branch by presenting the printed receipt with the reference number at checkout to confirm the ticket. Payments will only be accepted during the store’s service hours.
Only cash payments are accepted in a single transaction.
Once the corresponding payment is made, the system will automatically send the travel confirmation and boarding pass to the email address provided during registration.
