1. Early Traveler applies to online sales (Autovias La Linea App and website), ticket booths, Autovias La Linea-owned sales points, telephone contact center, and purchases can be made using any payment method.

  2. Does not apply to external channels or points of sale.

  3. On routes defined for Early Traveler, Open Tickets cannot be sold—only confirmed ones. Open tickets may be sold but at the adult fare.

  4. Early Traveler fares do not apply nor can they be combined with other types of discounts or promotions.

  5. When purchasing a ticket with an Early Traveler fare via Web, App, or Call Center, an additional 5% discount will be applied.

Discount subject to availability for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

  1. Early Traveler Fares are personal and non-transferable. To validate the fare, the customer must present an official ID before boarding the bus; if the requirement is not met, the Full Fare must be paid.

  2. The period to purchase bus tickets and obtain the Early Traveler fare is from the first minute of the day following the inquiry and up to two months later, available online, at ticket booths, and via call center. If no early fare is available, a 5% discount applies for online one-way purchases and 10% for online round-trip purchases, or a 10% discount applies for round-trip purchases at the ticket booth.

  3. The fare and discounts are always subject to availability.

  4. The 50% discount promotion for Viva Aerobús passengers applies only to the adult fare.

  5. The Early Traveler fare does not apply to tickets purchased with INAPAM, minor, student, teacher benefits, or open tickets.

  6. Passengers who miss their trip and arrive at the terminal within 30 minutes of their departure time will be rescheduled to the next available departure at no cost. If they arrive after 30 minutes or require travel at a later time or day, 50% of the adult fare will be charged.

Early Traveler Referenced Payment Policies:

  1. For references generated by the system for Early Traveler operations, the customer will have 24 hours to complete the corresponding payment.

  2. Payment for Full Fare travel reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the bus departure.

  3. For reservations involving both Early Traveler and Full Fare operations, the customer will have 24 hours to complete the corresponding payment.

  4. After the mentioned timeframes, without exception, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the seat will be released for sale.

  5. Early Traveler Fares are personal and non-transferable. To validate the fare, the customer must present an official ID before boarding the bus; if the requirement is not met, the Full Fare must be paid.

  6. The customer may change the date and time. For Travel Festival fares, passenger name changes are not allowed, and the customer must pay the difference with the current fare at the ticket booth at the time of travel.

Ticket Exchange Policies:

  1. Passenger name changes are not allowed for Early Traveler fares.

  2. Travel itinerary changes (date or time) can be made directly on the website (www.autovias.com.mx) in the 'modify your itinerary' section or at Autovias La Linea ticket booths and/or sales points by presenting the boarding pass and a valid official ID. Each transaction is limited to a maximum of two changes per ticket.

  3. If the current fare at the time of the schedule change is higher than the Early Traveler fare paid, the customer must pay the difference between the paid fare and the current fare at the time of the change. This payment can be covered using the same payment method previously used. All payment methods apply.

  4. If the current fare at the time of the schedule change is lower than the Early Traveler fare paid, no refunds will be issued.

  5. Cancellations are not accepted with the Early Traveler fare.

  6. All payment methods apply at ticket booths and on the website.

  7. Seats are subject to availability; check them at www.autovias.com.mx, Autovias La Linea App, and ticket booths.
